How do I re-try a missed or failed payment?

Did you miss a payment due to an expired or compromised credit card? Don't worry, it happens to everyone... and now you can re-try your payment right from your GiveCentral account.

Simply log in and click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the screen, then click the green bar that says "Failed Payments." 

This will take you to a page called "Manage Payments." There, you will find a list of any failed payments you may have, along with the reasons why they failed.

Next, click the Edit button next to the payment you want to re-try.

The screen will change, allowing you to choose a new date to re-try the payment, and select a new or updated payment method you have stored in your GiveCentral account.

Click the checkbox to confirm your selections, and you will see a confirmation that your payment has been rescheduled to your chosen date. 

You're all set! Your payment will be re-tried on the date indicated, which can now be seen as an "Updated Transaction" in your GiveCentral profile.
